Foam Roller Class

6 week series: Begins Friday May 20th, 2022 - June 24th, 2022
(Limited Spots) NEW SERIES

What are foam rollers?  A foam roller is a lightweight foam cylinder that you use to self-administer deep tissue massage.

What are the benefits?  Foam rolling releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort. It can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility while boosting circulation and lymphatic flow.

Yoga is a mind and body practice.

Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.

Yoga is based on chakras as the center points of energy, thoughts, feelings, and the physical body. According to yogic teachers, chakras determine how people experience reality through emotional reactions, desires or aversions, levels of confidence or fear, and even physical symptoms and effects. When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances that manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, lethargy, or poor digestion.
