My name is Irene Dumais, and I am an Intuitive Spiritual Mentor & Reiki Teacher. I am the founder of Touch of Heaven, established since 1999 in Timmins, Ontario. I offer holistic health services as a bodywork practitioner, Reiki teacher, and Yoga Instructor. I am bilingual and I speak French & English. I have embodied many valuable skills as a professional bodywork practitioner with over 25 years of experience.

My mission is to assist those who struggle mentally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically, and physically. I hope to help anyone who needs guidance to embody and reconnect to their true authentic divine self.

As a Spiritual Mentor, my intention is to help women turn their attention inwards and learn to BE ONE with themselves and others. I am also passionate about helping women move through CPTSD - complex post-traumatic stress disorder.

- I teach Reiki as a positive lifestyle change to help you move through mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical struggles.
- I mentor you so you can gain confidence, hope, joy, and contentment in your life.
- I offer bodywork approaches to help you move through stress and pain and bring you relief.
