Learning to move through the Chakras to Rebound from past into present moment

Stability 1:1 Mentorship Program
Stability is a 9 week Mentorship program where you will work one on one with Irene and learn about the Chakra system. Each session is 1-1.5 hours in duration.
- Week 1. Identifying Chakras and Blockages
- Week 2. Root Chakra
- Week 3. Sacral Chakra
- Week 4. Solar Plexus Chakra
- Week 5. Heart Chakra
- Week 6. Throat Chakra
- Week 7. Third Eye Chakra
- Week 8. Crown Chakra
- Week 9. Combining all Chakras and putting them into practice.
