Breathing and Body Awareness: During the practice, you focus on your breath and become aware of sensations in different parts of your body.
Visualization: You’re guided through visualizations, which can include peaceful scenes, affirmations, or healing imagery.
Sound Therapy: Some Yoga Nidra sessions incorporate soothing sounds, like drums, crystal singing bowls, chimes, or other instruments, to enhance relaxation.
Progressive Relaxation: The practice systematically relaxes each part of your body, promoting physical and mental calmness.
Gentle Movements: While Yoga Nidra is primarily done lying down, gentle movements may be included at the end to bring you back to the present moment.
